Description: |
The Coushatta people are a Native American tribe located in south central Louisiana who have chosen to preserve their culture and language in a new Heritage Center. Their Koasati language was endangered, so through language programs and utilizing new technology the tribe has begun to make progress in their preservation and revitalization efforts. Red Knight is partnering with the tribe to develop 20 digital exhibits throughout the Center. Through immersive software and innovative hardware visitors will experience and learn about the tribe's language, history, and culture in a unique and memorable way.
